Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at thechampspot.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please review the following policy outlining our return and refund procedures.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: A return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original parts, accessories, and manuals.
  • Packaging: Products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., engraved trophies).
  • Products with disassembled or altered components (e.g., trophy bases that have been taken apart).
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sales (clearly marked as such).
  • Digital downloads (e.g., design files, 3D models).

2. Return Process & Fees
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Step 1: Request Authorization
    • Contact our customer service at thechampspot@outlook.com to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
    • We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 business hours.
  • Step 2: Ship Your Return
    • Securely pack the item using protective materials. We highly recommend using the original box.
    • For items valued at $200 or more, purchasing shipping insurance is mandatory. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

  • Step 3: Receive Your Refund
    • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status.
    • Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
    • Please note: Bank or payment processor processing times may vary. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Special Circumstances

  • Gift Returns: To return a gift, you must provide the original order number. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
  • Custom Orders: Once a custom design is confirmed and production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled. Minor size variations (≤3%) are considered within normal manufacturing tolerance.

4. Our Processing Commitments
We strive to resolve all matters promptly:

  • Email Response: We will reply to your initial inquiry within 24 business hours.
  • Return Inspection: We will inspect your returned item and notify you within 72 hours of receipt at our warehouse.
  • Dispute Resolution: If any issue arises, we commit to working with you to find a resolution within 7 business days.
